Shipping Costs We offer free worldwide standard shipping, unless otherwise stated for the relevant product.

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after receipt of order and successful payment confirmation.

Delivery Time After processing and handover to the shipping carrier, standard delivery typically takes 7–14 business days.

The delivery times stated are estimates.

For international shipments, delays may occur in particular due to customs clearance, official inspections, holidays, high shipping volume, or other circumstances beyond our control.

International Deliveries We generally ship worldwide, provided there are no legal, logistical, or other restrictions for the respective destination country.

Customs and Import Duties For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, fees, or other charges may apply depending on the destination country.

Where these costs are legally payable by the recipient, they are not covered by us.

Returns In the event of a withdrawal, the customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods, insofar as this is legally permissible and stated accordingly in the withdrawal instructions.
