How do I find my right size?
Each product has its own size chart in the product description. As some of our pieces are intentionally oversized or cropped, we recommend carefully checking the chart before ordering, rather than relying solely on your usual clothing size.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our parts are produced in small batches by independent manufacturers. We carefully select each supplier and personally check the quality before a product is added to our archive.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is always free for you, regardless of the order value.
When will I receive my order?
Delivery time is usually 7 to 14 days from receipt of order. As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will automatically receive a tracking number by email.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
As we process orders promptly upon receipt, please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to make any changes – unfortunately, changes are no longer possible once shipping has commenced.
What is your return policy?
You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. Simply contact us, and we will send you all the information regarding the return. The return must be sent to our address in Germany, and you are responsible for the shipping costs. The goods should be returned unworn and with tags attached.
